I have submitted the final draft for proof reading to my favorite wordsmith Laura Clark. Hopefully, by next week we will have it all polished and ready for print. I will be publishing this cookbook in multiple formats on lulu.com and amazon.com. For the first 60 days the proceeds will go to the Bauers as they cope and transition from the loss of Jaimie Bauer. As I said before I have a tentative release date for the 15th of December. However with every new format I must order proof prints to ensure that it looks how I want and it is to the quality that my readers deserve.
